Is Minister of State for External Affairs Shashi Tharoor going through a "chill" because of his tweets and some controversial statements?
One could get that impression from his comment -- "the shawl may be a bit warm for the weather today but these days I am getting a chillier reception."
Tharoor was speaking here this evening at a function where he was given the IILM Global Thinker of the Year award by an educational institute and presented with a shawl.
Recently, Tharoor was in controversy over his remark that Saudi Arabia could be a good interlocutor for India as it had good relations with Pakistan.
